What conditions need to conform when applicants apply the Indigenous Senior Citizens' Welfare Living Allowances?

Indigenous people who are reached age 55 (please appending household, certificate, identification card, seal and copy of Post Office passbook).
Idigenous people who are not to accpet any other government subsidy.
Idigenous people who are not earning over 500 thousands a year and do not own any realty which is over 5 millions (according to government-declared value).
Idigenous peole who are not to recive any government payment.
Idigenous people who are not to serve a sentence、detain and detention.

A	1.2 Applications. 2.Financial Data of Ministry of Finance, including Building of the Self-use Residence data. 3.Photograph of state of play buliding.(in duplicate). 4.2 maps of Buliding Location. 5.1 declaration.
